The master bath is very spacious and offers a corner garden tub to relax in after a long day at Disney. The kitchen has granite counter tops and invites the best of cooks to work their magic. The living room has high ceilings with crown moulding to add a touch of elegance. The living room also has a 12 foot sliding patio door which opens it up to the balcony inviting you outside. This unit is located in a gated community with 24 hour security. It also offers 4 pools, hottub, exercise room, tennis, racketball just to name a few. It's approx. 40 mins. to Disney and Orlando Intl. Airport. Did I mention the beach? This unit is located on it's own private beach. For security you need a key to enter it. Very open and uncrowded. You can watch the shuttle launch from your beach chair. One of the pictures shows that very thing from the launch in July. We also have a one car, enclosed, private garage with door opener we offer to long term rentals as an incentive. If there is a hurricane which prevents your stay or causes you to have to leave early we will give you credit for the remainder of your vacation. Stunning oceanfront complex located on 700 feet of pristine beach. Conviently located near Cocoa Beach Pier and the space center. We have 2 adult bikes for your use. This is a ground floor unit so it does not have a direct ocean view. It is only steps to the ocean or heated pool. This unit has a large bedroom with a queen size bed and an oversized bathroom with a separate shower and tub. There is a murphy bed and a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a small den that has a futon. We have stocked the unit with beach chairs, water floats, beach towels, and a beach bag for your convience. We also have a fishing rod if you would like to take your luck with he fish. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, cofee maker, and utensils. A large TV with 5 DVD changer and surround sound speakers compliments the
living room. There is a wall mounted hair dryer and a iron and ironing board. This is truly a beautiful complex that will satisfy even the pickiest traveler. The unit has 800sf of living space!!!

The master suite has sliding doors to the balcony, a king size bed, matching dresser with mirror, two nightstands, two walk in closets, master bath with dual mirrored vanities, separate shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a T.V/VCR cabinet with plenty of drawer space.
